Copper nickel is a copper-base alloy with nickel as the main additive element. The two most popular of the copper-rich alloys contain 10 or 30% of nickel. By adding manganese, iron, zinc, aluminum and other elements, it becomes complex copper nickel alloy for special purposes.

Zinc Copper Nickel has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, excellent corrosion resistance, good cold and hot processing molding, easy cutting, can be made into wire, bar and plate, used for manufacturing instruments, meters, medical instruments, daily necessities and communications and other fields of precision parts.

Aluminum Copper Nickel based on copper nickel alloy and aluminum alloy, with a density of 8.54-0.3.The properties of the alloy are related to the proportion of nickel and aluminum content in the alloy, and the best properties are obtained when Ni:Al=10:1. Commonly used aluminum copper are cu6Ni1.5Al, Cul3Ni3Al, etc., mainly used in shipbuilding, electric power, chemical and other industrial sectors in a variety of high strength corrosion resistant parts.

Manganese Copper Nickel has low resistance temperature coefficient which can be used in a wide temperature range. It has good corrosion resistance and machinability.

Iron Copper Nickel, the amount of iron added in iron white copper is not more than 2% to prevent corrosion cracking, which is characterized by high strength, especially the ability to resist corrosion of flowing seawater can be significantly improved.

Chromium can be used to replace some of the iron content and add one percent or more provides higher strength.
